Fantastic Customer Service

This morning, I went to buy globes at Builders, when I got to the tills another one had just opened, the cashier, a lady by the name of Thabang was very friendly, very accommodating, she packed my items without me having to ask for a packet. Her friendliness is commendable, her attitude was fantastic, some of the other staff should take a lesson from her. I went and reported this to her managers, and wrote a commendation. Thank you Thabang ! :)
