FALSLY ADVERTISE AND SELL PRODUCTS NOT AVAILIBLE IN THE COUNTRY

Builders warehouse falsely advertises and sell ceiling fans on line and a tells you two weeks to collection. Three weeks later the products have not arrived and when somebody eventually gets back to me, I am now told that the supplier does not have stock, as this is a "seasonal" product and that the supplier will only have stock at the end of the month. Then why sell stock you do not have or cannot get. I really expected something better from Builders
