False delivery claims we made to pay for

Very disturbed by the fact that on the 14th Feb 19 i visited the Kwamhlanga store and politely asked about the instore delivery and i was told that i will get it the very same day. I double checked as i mentioned that i could outsource transport as i need the delivery ASAP. I was guaranteed the delivery.

Ive been sitting iddling like a stupid fool waiting for the delivery since then another day has passed still nothing. I have people on sight that i need to pay for just sitting around doing nothing.

I paid for the instore delivery under false claims and i need to understand if thats how your staff is trained to con us out just to make an extra sale.

Worst thing is the store is not even contactable the lines just ring and get hang up.

Someone better call and explain how this is going to be resolved ? . **********
