False adverti*****t online

I purchased a fridge online, not at all happy with the product, it is not correctly advertised, it says 300l Net capacity but is about the same size as my previous 157l fridge, about 5cm higher and maybe 5cm wider, I have been trying since Monday to arrange for them to pick it up. Nicole phoned me on Tuesday, just needed to confirm something and will get right back to me, still nothing, I have phoned, emailed, nothing. The product is being used as I sold my fridge so I do need one and the longer they are taking the less they ae likely to return it. They can use it as a demo, as a warning for other customers looking to buy this dinky toy of a fridge being advertised as "300l" for all I care
