Searching Builder warehouse online for an top loader washing machine I came across this (https://www.builders.co.za/Appliances--Heating-and-Cooling/Washing-Machines-and-Tumble-Dryers/Top-Loader-Washing-Machines/Samsung-Top-Loader-Washing-Machine-13kg-Silver-WA13T5260BY/p/***) stating that the product is out of stock I visit my local store at Bedworthpark Vanderbijlpark to see if it can be ordered. I was informed by very staff that this specific washing machine is discontinued. I phone customer care to inquire why Builders warehouse advertise a product, even offering delivery and in store pick-up if the product is discontinued, surprisingly nobody offer my a some or similar product for sale.
