False advertising, slow to admit their mistake, still no refund after more than a month

I purchased a product based on their adverti*****t, which turned out to be misleading. After several attempts, the company finally admitted their advert was false, but despite acknowledging their mistake, they have not issued my refund. It has been over a month with numerous follow-ups and still no resolution. The lack of accountability, slow response, and failure to honor a basic refund is extremely disappointing. I would caution others to be very careful when dealing with this supplier.
