False Advertising by Builders Express

So I saw an advert for a Circular Saw on Builders Website and went into my local Builders Express and although the picture showed the saw with a battery, the box showed it without. I told the staff this was false advertising and they had the attitude of the box is correct so what. The issue is you cant advertise something and then not follow through with the deal. I have the details from the website as well as the box if anyone wants to see.
