False Advertising and Pathetic service

Order wall to wall carpets online and paid for it. Today I get a call that they don't have stock. ask for something else so as to replace that item then Im told they would call me back. I later call head office who then say they will put me through to the online department. I speak to a gentleman who then say that they dont deal in carpet anymore. I tell him let me wait for Witbank branch to call me back. 5 hours later and no call received. I call the branch and speak to someone just to find out it the same person I spoke to earlier. Head office said they transferring me to online department never told me they transferring me to the branch. When I spoke to the gentleman I said I will wait for Witbank to call me back, he never bothered to tell me that I am speaking to the Witbank branch. I'm now told Builder don't deal with wall to wall carpet. My question is why advertise a item that you don't sell. Pathetic service from both branch and call centre. What now??!!
