False Advertising and NOT honouring their product warranties and ****py service

I purchased a Ryobi product in December last year instore but it was advertised as a 24 mnth warranty on your website where I chose to buy the product. Instead they are refusing to give me the 24 mnth warranty, instead a 12 mnth as their mistake on advertising as an excuse. This item was purchased from their Cresent, umhlanga Branch and since been in twice to see Sunith the store manger, no one has followed up on the fault. Their helpline says Builders will not honour their warranty in this matter.

I will go further with this matter and your name will not be the same Builders!
