False advertising and no service !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Builders warehouse is very unprofessional. I look on their site...got the item I wanted. (Stock nr 453936 wanted x3) When I wanted to confirm via the site...it showed- “ No stock at any branch” So I phone them... Head office said they can not help I must go the branch after In told him it shows “no stock” So they put my through to the branch . they told me I must go to them. Place the order and collected when received. I am 300km from the branch!! Wow.. so drive ****m to order and ****m to collect?

Eventually the lady took my phone number. She was very helpful She came back and told me “head office” got NO Stoc****! Wow congratulations” head office” So tell me where is the service??? Form the site to head office to the branch and back to head office... And wanted me to drive 300km for what?? Wake up!!! You have no service !!! And not even stock...why do you advertise stuff you can not supply???????
