False advertising and misleading the public!
I went to Sunwardpark branch after the call centre confirmed stock of 10, but I was **** to and had to wait 82 minutes, the branch manager is missing in action and the admin manager won't give her name, pathetic service! I know my consumer rights, you have to give me the item at the advertised price, this is false advertising, your staff also **** and pretended to know nothing, although they admitted and saw the adverti*****t on their system. After being instructed by customer services to honor the price Sunward park admin manager still refused.
