False Advertising and Consumer rights violation

Purchased a 9kg gas cylinder online a few days ago, selected the craighall store. Received a call saying they are out of stock even though the website showed that 50 items were in stock. Expressed my dissatisfaction and magically stock appeared and my cylinder was received. Purchased an Alva gas heater today, Strubens Valley. Recieved a call saying they are out of stock even though the website showed 6 in stock, right now it shows 10 in stock. Requested to speak to a manager, this request was not honoured.

Please deliver my heater as per the agreed transaction done on your website within the stipulated timeframe. Please provide me with a reference for a complaint as well, I will be reporting Builders Warehouse to the National Consumer Commission.

Tried submitting a complaint on the builders warehouse website, no confirmation of submission being received nor a reference, more proof that Builders don't care for consumers.
