False advertising and bad service

I work in Stellenbosch and live in Strandfontein, yesterday i drove out to Tableview for the SWANN 8 channel kit with 4x 1080p cameras for R4999 AS ADVERTISED. i had called in earlier to confirm the product and reserve it. when i got there i noticed that this was a a 4 channel kit with 720p cameras, not what was advertised. they called today thanking me for bringing this error to their attention and only offering me 10% discount on the 4 channel 720p kit and no details on other options, the staff member who called me didn't even know details around the 8 channel Surveillance kit. Bad bad service for a very loyal customer, i'm probably going to go with Takealot and a direct competitors brand 8 ch 1080p kit for R5k also eagerly waiting for LEROY MERLIN to arrive in SA!
