false advertising

I purchased the power4less 5kw system and on check out the was no installation fee for R1 offered as per their advisedment that I purchased because of it its false advertising . I have attached below their advert for their devices. now accoding to them this will void the waranty if you dont take the R1 installation service https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jGw9pgk8Kig&t=44s

Good day AO the time frame of the video does not matter as long as it's still active and does not state that the offer ends when for starters. The box for was ticked and next to it shows that's included which is installation shows as included when you look at whats covered. Please kindly advide since device was dilivered today as to when will the installation be done. Thank you

Good day please kindly confirm if you will proceed with the R1 installation as per your video or you will use a different price. Please let me know if you would like a screengrab I took on the 16 march when I made the purchade and if I need to escalate the matter further. Thank you

Good day I have screen shorts of when I made the purchase that I selected the option for installion and dilivery and all that.I see you guys just made changes to the website to show clients the price you charge for installation but when I purchase it was no additional fees. Please kindly advise of when you gonna do the installation or if I need to contact the ombudsman about the case and send them the proof. According to them also they prefer to give companies to fix their wrongs 1st. So if you do not want to do installation let me know so I can escalate your false advertising.

You are able to purchase an installation voucher to the value of R8250 and our team will contact you to make the necessary arrangements.

Good day I am not sure what kind of a person I am dealing with a *****ster of a company or what. You said I had to tick the box for installation and I have proof that the was no fee attached and I see cause you a ***** company you now put a fee so luckly I have proof. I will escalate to the ombardsman.
