false advertising

<p>i am so dissapointed in the service i received with my builders warehouse account. it was advertised that their card could not be used at Game/Makro and Dion. no where did they state this was a promotion and had a date on which this promotion ended. to make matters worse on the morning of the 2nd January 2017 I phoned the call cenre to find out how the promotion worked and the consultant explained everything to me that i could use my builders warehouse card at Game. i then went to Game and shopped up a storm, only to get to the till and get told the promition is finished.... the level of embarassment i suffered is beyond explaination. someone please explain why such a reputable company would be misinforming clients so much.</p>
