False advertising
Bought an Angle grinder online, builders promised me delivery by 12/11/2017 ( see attached image). Today they called me and said I should have checked availability and made excuses as to why they are canceling my order meanwhile I have not received my money, which builder's where happy to take and my order has been cancelled. Thus I have WASTED my time browsing their website and am stuck at square one again, disgusted with the service and the false adverti*****t. I paid for what was advertised publicly, thus I expect it delivered, which I feel is common sense.
