False Advertising

Good day, I am so disappointed by Builders Fourways and the online team. I saw the Ryobi Petrol Lawnmower – 125 cc 4-Stroke Engine, 410 mm Cut and 45 L Catcher with 7-Position Height Adjust RM-125P from R3999 to R2299 PROMO deal until the 31st May 2026. I tried to purchase the lawnmower online but checkout was R3999. I then contacted the online team, Nur-Jahaan who confirmed that the lawnmower is on promo for R2299 until the 31st via email. I go to the store…they said no, they are not going to sell the machine at that price. Khethiwe confirmed that they do not price the items, its from the online team. She emailed and tried calling the team, with no luck. Already tho before that, she said NO, IT CANT BE. She says, the price is below cost, its normally R4600. I showed her the comms that I received, etc etc etc. I am on the website right now, it shows normal price for R3999. The attitude from Builders Fourways leaves much to be desired honestly. I was told i would receive a call, still waiting
