Failure to deliver

On Wednesday I purchased building materials from builders warehouse sunninghill. materials urgently needed was the cement, pillars and headers and footers. concluded my purchases to the amount of R8500. I stressed to the assistance that delivery must be as agreed for Friday . On Friday 14h00 I called builders to find out what time they would be delivering as half the day had passed and that I had confirmed delivery ready mix. Upon my call to BW I was advised that delivery time could not be confirmed but was guaranteed that my purchase was on its way, which I accepted. When the truck eventually arrived it had 6 bags of the 10 bags purchased and only 3 X 200mm pillars, not even 50% of my delivery!<br> This is absolutely unacceptable, due to the failure I had to pay for labour and cancellation fees for the ready mix truck that was already on site. To make matters worse, I called the store and asked for a manager specifically, who wasn't available. BW Isaac, called apologised and said I can expect deliver next Wed! is this what I can expect I future when month I have purchased over R 50 000 in material!
