Failing to refund a payment of order that was canceled due to no stock
I made online purchase at Builders Warehouse North Riding. Order number: *** Ordered on: 16/10/2019 - 08:51 Had to wait 2 weeks for the order to be executed and when went for collection was told that there is no stock. For that reason they cancelled the order at Norht Riding branch. They send me a confirmation SMS that order is cancelled and I will be refunded. However no refund has been done so far. I send an email to their complaints officer, but no one reacted.
