Fail as a Manager

Builder's worcester is the most pathetic shop to do you shopping if you busy building, we had a issue with the delivery of our materials... they said they will do the delivery the same day we purchased the order after two days they did not do the delivery I came back to the store to collect my money back to go and buy my stuff by build it I had to pay the builder's for the two days...while they where doing nothing. The Manager at the store MARIO BARNARD, begd us not to take our money he promised that they will do the delivery that same day after I was there. He also promised that the will refund the two days of the builder's payment we did. He asked that we should get the invoice from the builder and send our bank details. As I arrived at the shop now he is on leave and I phned him he is not aware of all this in the aboved mentioned. And the witnesses at the store nows all about everything.
