Extremely unpleasant customer service

I was in your store last week Thursday multiple times. I work for a bank, so I have limited building/ hardware experience. I spoke to Dodo at your plumbing and taps section and experienced extremely unpleasant customer service which led to an argument and I eventually received help from another staff member. I am not sure what language he speaks but there was a major language barrier which led to the argument. I do not believe that someone who cannot relate a client should be dealing with clients. I spent about 1K on this day in the store but I will not be returning in future if this is how you treat your clients.
