Extremely terrible Service

These people deserve a 0 rating. I've never dealt with such arrogant and rude people. I order a gas heater online, which showed that it was available in stock. It was supposed to be delivered. When my delivery didn't come through I called and Spoke to a lady by name Silvia. She was extremely rude and condescending. Silvia **** and claim to have called me to notify me of the heater not being available. I have proof from my phone records that she never called. Even when I told her that I can get proof that I never received a call she continued to lie and insist that she did. She had no interest in assisting me and was very quick to cancel my order without even telling me. I then spoke to the her Manager by the name Rose, I thot I'd get help but I still received no help whatsoever, she was just as condescending as Silvia if not worse😡. Just because I mentioned to them that I work in retail made them comfortable to be condescending and arrogant as they wished. I was expected to understand and not be assisted due to the field of my work. The so called manager even had the nerve to tell me she doesn't know how to assist me and that her consultant was right in canceling my order. I should just decide what I want to do cause there's nothing they can do for me
