Extremely poor online service from Builders Warehouse

I placed 2 orders 17 days ago. One was partially delivered a week later but half the items as well as the other order is still outstanding. I subsequently emailed them 4 times and called at least every 2nd day, as the keep on telling me someone will call me back in an hour, which they never did. I can see the stock is available at the cape city branch. I even offered to collect it myself, but they said I need to wait for them to call me back. Extremely poor service guys!
