Extremely poor Customer Service Builders Warehouse Kempton Park

Most ******...very poor customer relations at Builders Warehouse Kempton Park. I was in the queue waiting my turn when the systems went down..understood Waited my turn ok Called by cashier without her checking if the till was working.Lost my place three times in the queue.NO SOCIAL DISTANCING practised here. Called for manager a lady told me she is the manager I complained that I should actually be given the next till as all the people who were behind me were now all attended to.Was completely ignored Also feel that this store is ****** as the "black" people were all attended to on working tills.Old white people and other minority groups were all sidelined and made to wait as if they wanted us to get COVID and die. Furthermore this Builders Store hardly has anything in stock. I will NEVER go there again rather take the trip to Greenstone to buy at Leroy Merlin where it is been an absolute pleasure shopping.Even the smalller hardware and buliders supply may be better than Builders Warehouse Kempton Park
