Extremely Poor

I went to Builders Warehouse Boksburg store to get a quote for glass. This was quite painless HOWEVER. When I go home and looked at the quote properly I found that the measurement I gave was incorrect on the quote. I called the store to try speak to the person that gave me the quote. After holding for at least 30 minutes, the operator said to me, They are not answering their phone, come to the store, and put the phone down without giving me a chance to speak. I called back and again held for about 10 minutes asking to speak to the store manager. The answer – he is not available. I insisted on speaking to the store manage and was told a second time he is not available. WOW !!!!!! What a way to do business. Not even the store manager is interested to talk to people.
