extremely horrible service

Hi

I have never seen such horrible service in my life as the service of builders warehouse, I bought a gold air gas heater online and it was delivered to me, the same applies to the gas cylinder, it's not even a week this ****** heater doesn't work, I followed all instructions, it doesn't work.

when I call the builders warehouse all of them to say they will call me back and they never do, im stuck with a non-working **** heater here, I asked them to send out a technician because I'm not physically fit to bring this damn thing into the store, they still ignored me

who can help me? I feel if I was a different race either than being a black female my request would have been heard and resolved by now.

I'm frustrated
