Extremely disappointed

I bought a Fired Earth Ultimate Coat - White recommend by a sales consultant (Rufus at Builders Boksburg) that it's pure white gloss paint that shines and it's washable when dirt and I will need only two coat to apply. It's was not the case I have to apply it 4 times. It's washable not gloss. Builders Warehouse this is false advertising and steps must be taken. Very disappointed
