Extremely bad service from Builders

Pathetically bad service. After ordering on-line item and waiting 21days for delivery only to be told on day 20 their supplier is out of stock. Then waiting another 2weeks for refund only to be told they refunded my online profile!!! Now i must wait again to be refunded into my bank account. Their shockingly bad service has no end... Never again Builders!

We are experiencing technical issue on Hello Peter where the order number and contact details are being blocked. 

Are you able to send me the order number by typing the details in text? 

Example: two zero zero one one seven one five three one

Please type out the order number in text and not the number as Hello Peter will block out the details.
