Extremely bad service at Builders Warehouse Centurion

I would like to complain about the terrible service at Builders Warehouse in Centurion. So unpleasant to shop there. There are hundreds of people working there and standing around but you dare not ask anyone of them to help you find something. They will simply send you to a shelve number without any of the products that you are looking for. I will NOT be sorry if Builders goes belly up because of these very incapable workers!!!!
