Extremely BAD Service
Today the 19th of August, it has been more than a month and still no refund from Builders. After I posted a comment on Hello Peter, I received an email stating the refund is being processed. Another week and still no refund. The service is horrible and totally unacceptable. How long does a refund take?????
Builders you are losing more and more customers. What you are doing to loyal paying customers is just not RIGHT!!
