Extreme difficulty returning goods

Immensely frustrating experience trying to return goods purchased online to Builders Warehouse Struebens Valley. 4 telephone calls and over an hour on the phone. Have also been told that once the goods are returned, the funds can not be refunded to my credit card unless I visit the store which is unlike any online business I have previously purchased from.
