Extreme Delivery Delay

I ordered a number of items online. 2 items arrived on the same day, however I am still waiting for my delivery from Builders Express Cedar Square. I received 2 calls from the call centre yesterday promising that the store would contact me directly for delivery later that day. To date I have not received a call from the store and I am still waiting on a delivery which was scheduled for 10 Aug!! Shocking!!
