Extra Ordinary Client Service

During February 2015 I bought a Garden Vacuum Blower for domestic use from Builders Warehouse, Woodlands, Pretoria. After using it for a couple of times the intake tube was blocked by small leaves which prevented the machine to operate in any way. The zip of the bag also refused to open or close as a result of dust that accumulated between the zip's teeth. The bracket of the zip-opener also came loose and the end part of the zip was miss-stitched due to a manufacturing problem on all bags that were inspected. I returned the machine to Builders Warehouse. After I paid in the excess in price they eventually exchanged the machine for another. I used that machine once. When cleaning it after use, I noticed that the bag was perforated. I also returned this machine. Much deliberation followed with some staff members who refused to take back the 'new machine'. I was then very courteously attended to by Mr Phele, Sales Manager, and Mrs Methlabene, Sales Consultant. They resolved the matter in a very short time. I thank them for the way they treated me and for their willingness to consider the options before coming to a mutually acceptable solution! This is real client service! I salute you
