exploding Goldair gas burner Builders warehouse couldn't care.

Bought a Goldair branded gas two plate burner hob, During installation by our certified gas installer, we were told that the device the big burner had a malfunction which caused an explosion from within the device emitting dangerously high blames that could have been fatal. After returning the device Builder warehouse staff in Constantiaberg refused to replace the unit citing claims on our side when our gas technician affirmed us the device was at fault. The staff seem to be overwhelmed with complaints about this device and are quick point fingers our way. Utterly disappointed and lost R1499 during the process and will have to find alternates. Having previously been a loyal customer for many years before, I will never returned based on this experience.
