Expired voucher for Janauary to March sent to me in June23

on 22 June 2023 at 11.25, builders sent me an sms for a voucher that i can use as I am a valued customer(they usually do this which I do appreciate), the sms says: Dear Customer, as a valued Builders Store Credit customer you earned a R 297.00 Builders voucher for using your Builders store credit between Jan & Mar '23. To redeem, present voucher code *** In-store with your next purchase at Builders. We went to builders today to redeem the voucher to be told that it expired, and when I read the sms properly, I seen that you sent it to me in June only yet you made it expire in Jan and March 23 already, you were supposed to extend the expiry date since the sms only reached me on the 22 June 2023, can this please be rectified
