expanda gates

on 15/08/15 at about 13H00 i was at builders warehouse in parrow, about to purchase a expanda gate , there was abit if a hickup where at builders express in n1 city price was not the same as the 1 in parrow,my husband n myself was abit confused to why the prices differ the assistant on the floor was so helpfull , he tried calling the other branch to confirm prices , to find out that the price at the other store was even cheaper, the 1we saw was R750, and in n1its R695 we thought why drive so far where we can buy the gate at that store,as arriving at the till point the cashier alana erasmus very friendly young lady tried her utmost best to assisting us , it scanned R1600 but i made sure nd by asking the assistant on the floor if R750 was the real price he said yes, alana then got her supervisor geraldine a very uprupt unfriendly person who refusd to give the gate at the price we saw! we then explained her everything she told us she need to then get the manager micheal andrews, which was very understandig at 1st BUT dnt think he know what customer service is! we tried explaining to hime but he just stood there like we wasting his time which is unacceptable ! UNHAPPY
