Excuses excuses

I have ordered building materials that were due to be delivered on Friday 6th November so that my materials could be on site on Monday morning first thing. I paid a staff member to wait on site for the delivery so that items could be put in the correct areas etc. At the end of the day I was notified by my staff that they had not delivered. I called dispatch on Saturday, and arranged with Erafaan that delivery would be first thing on Monday. Now after 9:00 I called again and I am informed that the trucks are out and my order will be loaded when they return. This time is unknown. This is unacceptable, and a waste of my time and resources. Please deliver on your commitments as arranged and stop making excuses.
