On Sunday 17th November, my husband and I visited your shop Builders in Kempton Park . During our visit we were so lucky enough to encounter one of your employees Randzanani Ndlovu. Randzanani was courteous and helpful and went out of his way to ensure that all our needs were met, even went extra mile to ask his previous colleagues from Erasmuskloof to assist with the items I purchased in the month of June 2024. I’m at ease that knowing that when we ask for help there are still people who value and acknowledges us as clients. Your loyal customer base is outstanding keep it up I love it my husband was really impressed by the service. He tried so much to help even though he was being sent pillar to post by management which in my opinion they where just being unreasonable.

For Randzanani to be valuing our time, having a pleasant attitude, and providing knowledgeable and resourceful the items we were looking for were not at the shop, but he promised to source it from other branches or rather order it for us, he made sure that we walked out as a happy client, but that he also took things a step further to exceed — rather than just meet — expectations we are pleased 😊 I am definitely will come back just for your service, I wish you all the best in your future endeavors and grow and be part of the management team that will emphasis on the staff what we mean about customer service, you didn’t let your position hinder you to render exceptional service.
