EXCEPTIONAL EXCELLENT SERVICE AT BUILDERS WAREHOUSE ERASMUS PARK

I bought 6 new internal doors from Builders Warehouse Erasmus Park and also purchased a voucher from them for the installation of the doors. On Thursday, 22 July 2021, the sub-contractor arrived and started preparing the doors for figment.

However, he spoiled one of the doors and on Friday I contacted the Builders Warehouse Erasmus Park store manager, who then immediately contacted the contractor who appointed the sub-contractor. The sub-contractor continued preparing and installing the other doors, but I went to check it all of the doors were damaged very badly. I again contacted the store manager who in turn contacted the contractor, who then contacted me within 10 minutes after my call. i sent them some pictures and within half an hour they informed me that they would replace all the doors, send a new installer and refund some of the installation fees as goodwill to me.

The new doors and another installer arrived the Saturday afternoon and by Saturday evening all the doors were properly installed.

I would like to highly recommend Builders Warehouse Erasmus Park to all as the manner in which they dealt with my issue is exceptional. For the store manager to personally call me regarding the matter to the staff who delivered the new doors and also the follow-up by the store manager to determine if everything was well and that I am satisfied with the work done is extraordinary.
