Excellent staff and service!

On Tuesday 23 June I phoned the Builders call centre and asked about stock of 9 Kg gas bottles. They said there were 9 Afrox bottles available at the Bedfordview store. I drove all the way there and they had no stock. I was very angry about my time being wasted. My anger quickly dissipated when Tabang at the front desk explained to me they were awaiting a delivery of Afrox gas bottles. She took my number and WhatsApped me the direct store numbers and promised to let me know when the delivery truck arrives. She also explained to me the difference between the Cadac and Afrox gas bottles. She was extremely friendly and helpful. Early the next morning she phoned and said the Afrox truck had just arrived. She advised me to come immediately to be sure I get the gas bottles but I was at work. My parents who are both pensioners went and she even assisted them to get a Builders card to qualify for the Wednesday pensioners discount. She accompanied them to the till and helped carry the heavy bottles to the car.

Also on the Tuesday after the great service from Thabang I decided to shop for a few other things. Looking at plugs I needed help and a moment later a lady appeared and asked if she could assist me. Walking around with my trolley I was also greeted by every staff member walking by.

I received above expected exceptional service at the Builders Bedfordview store. Thabang and her team are great. Thank you.
