Excellent service - Nadeem at Builders Warehouse City (Northgate Island)
I would like to commend one of the managers, Nadeem, from Builders Warehouse City for his superlative service. He went out of his way to assist in correcting an unusual error in our online transaction on the Builders Warehouse website even though his store had in no way been at fault. He also assured us he would personally ensure our order is fulfilled.
While we wait for the appliance to arrive from the suppliers, following annual holiday shutdown, we've received a courtesy call to keep us updated. We have every faith we will continue to receive excellent service from him.
Builders Warehouse City will be our go-to branch - certainly, as long as Nadeem is a manager there.
