Excellent service from Builder's Warehouse Social media team

Approx a week ago I posted a review for Builder's Warehouse not wanting to refund me for a pipe their employee recommended. I was contacted by Joshua Smith from their social media team and was surprised and delighted with his service! He got all the necessary information from me, liaised with the N1 City branch and arranged for them to replace the incorrect pipe width with the correct one. He stayed in contact with me via emails and phone calls, keeping me up to date on the progress, managing my expectations, even during the festive season! Josh your service is excellent! Thank you SO much for your assistance! You are the best customer care/social media representative of any company I have ever dealt with! People like you make South Africa a better place to live in.
