Excellent service from Builders Warehouse Online!

I have to compliment the service of Builders Warehouse Online . I purchased an appliance that was on special through their Online Shopping facility. The customer registration is very straightforward, the purchase even easier. What I did like was the ability to check various branches of Builders for stock of the appliance. Within 24 hours of my purchase, I received a customer service call from a very friendly and efficient agent, we discussed delivery and they wanted to deliver a day early! I used their White Glove delivery service which is very reasonably priced. Their driver Enoch, delivered on time, and he was superb! Friendly, informative and helpful. from the time I made the purchase, I received SMSs updating me and you can track delivery online. Within 30 minutes of the delivery, I received a service call checking that I was happy with the delivery! Definitely 5 star service!! Thank you Builders Warehouse.
