Excellent Service from a star employee

I do not often rave about good service, however Joyce from the Decor Department at the Boksburg branch went over en beyond the extra mile to assist.<br> <br> I wanted a specific curtain that was no longer in stock. (I had already purchased the display from another store with the hope of finding it's partner from another store) Joyce took it upon herself to search for it until she found it. She regularly kept in touch with updates and even had the curtain brought to the Boksburg branch where I could collect it. Amazingly she had never seen the curtain. I explained to her what it looked like and the colour of it and she still managed to get it spot on.<br> <br> You have a star employee in this lady and I sincerely hope that you value her efforts. Joyce is a good example of what good customer service is all about.<br> <br>
