Excellent service

I recently visited my local branch in Kenilworth and was blown away with their exchange policy. I purchased solar lights and returned a set the next day (because I broke it) and it was duly exchanged no questions asked. Their systems were down for a while at the time and not one of the customers moaned as is the norm simply because of the way the staff handled it. I am quick to complain about poor service but these guys deserve all the kudos. I've been a regular at this store since it opened and will continue supporting them . Great job guys .
