Excellent service

We bought a verandah suite from Builder's Warehouse Northriding. We then bought two extra chairs from another branch of Builder's Warehouse. When we got home, we discovered that the two sets had different coloured cushions. I returned to Builder's Warehouse Northriding and spoke to one of the managers, Robert Nakedi. He was so helpful. He ordered another set from the manufacturer, specifying the colour cushions we wanted. It arrived a few days later and I was able to exchange the cushions without any problems. Then 6 days after purchasing the suite, the family dog decided to chew on two of the chairs. I again contacted Robert and sent photos of the damage. Robert forwarded the photos to the manufacturer, and then arranged for the chairs to be returned to the manufacturer for repairs. Robert kept me up to date about the progress of the repairs and let me know as soon as the chairs arrived back at his store. We are pleasantly surprised about the level of service we received from Robert and the staff from Builder's Warehouse. They all went out of their way, and we have had such a wonderful experience.
