Excellent Service

Recently I visited my local Builders Warehouse, i saw and liked one of the Dremel's they had for sale, however the price seemed abit much for me. After a quick check on the internet i found the same product cheaper on an online store, i took this price to the manager and he not only matched the online stores price and he bettered it by R100. The manager didnt even question the price, he did it with no hesitation and smile on his face :-)<br> Now thats what i call excellent service!!!!<br> Thank you Builders :-)
