Excellent resolution of complaint and customer service

I made a complaint about my POP not being received after making an EFT payment using a phone banking App. Due to making this complaint on this website, the response from customer service was prompt and pro-active. The problem was immediately attended to and resolved. Thank you for the excellent customer service. The persons concerned at the store also apologized and followed up. I have been won back as a customer.
