EXCELLENT HANDLING OF WARRANTY CLAIM

I had to return a Garden Blower after 4 months of use. Even though my proof of purchase went awol during the hand-in, they suggested alternative Proof of purchase and kept me advised as to progress. When it was clear that the blower was not repairable, I was provided with a replacement. The whole "Returns" crew deserves 5 stars for Friendliness and Efficiency. This Store in George is great to shop at, the staff are well informed and renders very good advise.
