Excellent Customer Service from Tumelo and Bongani

Today I visited Builders Warehouse at New Market Mall and was absolutely blown away by the service I received. I was sent there by my husband with a long list of goods to purchase. I started off in the gardening section without a trolley having to purchase some picket fencing. Tumelo and Bongani assisted me by fetching a trolley and loading the goods into the trolley, we then proceeded to the painting department, followed by electrical, lighting, blinds and then finally carpets. They were with me every step of the way with what would eventually become 3 trolleys of goods. They assisted me with gate passes, walked me to my vehicle and helped me pack it - twice. Not once did they complain, not once did their service levels or smile drop. These two young men made my shopping experience truly pleasant and your branch will definitely see me again. Next time I might ask for them to assist me regardless. You should be proud to have them as employees as they took 'going the extra mile' to a whole new level. Well done Tumelo & Bongani as well as the others who assisted - the blinds lady, carpet guy, cashier, gate pass check lady, etc. Keep it up!!
